Read version labels carefully

Release pages, roadmaps and documentation can be updated at different times. A planned date does not establish that a release is available. Check the release announcement and download package before scheduling work, and do not mix requirements from different documentation versions.

Prepare a useful support question

Describe the task, installed version, relevant extension and steps that reproduce the problem. Include the exact sanitized error. Never post passwords, configuration files, full backups or personal customer data in public forums.
